How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on the destination and are generally between 1–7 business days after the order has been shipped.
The average delivery time within the EU is 2–4 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

We offer free standard delivery for orders above €50 within eligible EU countries.

United Kingdom

Switzerland

Will I receive a notification once my order has been shipped?
Yes. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If you cannot find your tracking information, please contact us at info@slopesandtown.com with your name and order number. We will be happy to help you locate your tracking information.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Our delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at info@slopesandtown.com with your order number so that we can assist you with tracking the shipment.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@slopesandtown.com if you notice that your delivery address is incorrect.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us at info@slopesandtown.com as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of the damaged packaging and/or products so that we can investigate the issue and assist you.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return an item free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
You may try on an item to check the fit and make sure the model meets your expectations, but the item must not have been worn or used.
Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition and packaging.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or model, please return the original item and place a new order.
How do I make a return?

We will send you a return shipping label.
Please make sure that the items are securely and properly packaged before sending them back.
Is return shipping free?
Yes. Returns made in accordance with our return policy are free of charge.
What happens after you receive my return?
Once your return package has been received, the returned products will be checked.
The refund will be issued within 2 business days after the return has been received and processed.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Refunds are made to the original payment method used to place the order.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Although we issue the refund within 2 business days after receiving and processing your return, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
What happens if my returned item does not meet the return requirements?
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or returned without the required original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
